FLI Product Warranty

• Aurora and Revelation cameras: 2 years from delivery to the end user.
• All other FLI cameras: 1 year from delivery to the end user.
• Sensor and shutter: the sensor and shutter manufacturers' warranties are passed through to the end user.

FLI warrants hardware against defects for 2 years in the Aurora & Revelation Product Lines, beginning from the date of delivery to the end user. All other models and accessories have a 1 year warranty, beginning from the date of delivery to the end user. FLI passes through the manufacturers' warranties on sensors and shutters.

Returns: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from FLI before any unit is shipped back to the FLI facility. If FLI determines that a return was necessitated solely by a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to FLI (including "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) units or incorrect product configurations), FLI will reimburse necessary return expenses and will cover all costs associated with the repair, replacement, and return of the unit.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, unauthorized repair, or "acts of God." FLI remains the sole judge of what constitutes a manufacturing defect versus user-induced damage.
